The Biomathematics Group within the Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Physics Section in the Department of Mathematics is seeking applications for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer position.

The candidate will work in the field of Biomathematics broadly interpreted, with no restrictions on the areas of interest and expertise. Areas of current interest in the Biomathematics Group include: mathematical and biophysical modelling of processes in cellular and molecular biology; methods and models for single-cell data analysis; applications of networks and graph theory in biology, medicine and social science; stochastic processes in biology and medicine; mathematics for data science and precision healthcare; methodological frameworks based on dynamical systems, statistical inference, and machine learning; computational social science; and computational and mathematical biology.
