We have one opening for a postdoctoral fellow to work on an NIH-funded research project at the interface of theoretical/computational biology and machine learning. Start date is negotiable with preference given to Fall 2021,
- Our group studies cellular organization and regulation of biomolecular matter in and out of equilibrium using various multi-scale and data-driven tools.
- An ideal candidate is a newly graduated Ph.D. in any area of physics, applied math, chemistry, or engineering with quantitative modeling skills and experience in scientific coding (e.g., comfortable at using Python and/or Julia scientific ecosystem of tools).
